Installation of Portable Emergency Lighting at Gove Airport
The Gove Airport has recently completed the installation of 153 radio-controlled solar power emergency runway lights. This will enable the Airport Operations team to continue operations under all weather conditions in the event of damage to the fixed above ground lighting system.

Taggle Water Meter data dump to occur
The Nhulunbuy Corporation Finance Team advises that data transmission from your Taggle Water Meters will occur on the 31st of March to produce your water bills for Quarter 1 of 2023. Please ensure your Taggle Smart meter is unobstructed on that day.
Royal Life Saving training, qualification and re-qualification sessions in March
Royal Life Saving NT will be holding training sessions in Nhulunbuy from the 13th of March to the 17th of March.
Extension to request for tender for Pre-Qualified Suppliers
The Nhulunbuy Corporation has extended the deadline for the request for tender for Pre-Qualified Suppliers. The deadline is now 4PM on the 6th of March.
Electricity Meter Reads for Quarter 1 2023
The Nhulunbuy Corporation will be performing meter reads of all properties with an active electricity account with the Nhulunbuy Corporation. This is estimated to be completed by the first week of March. Please contact the Nhulunbuy Corporation on 08 8939 2200 if you would like to arrange a specific time for a meter read.

The March Community Markets will take place in the Nhulunbuy Town Hall on the 11th of March, from 9AM to 12PM.
Boxing Workshops with Dream Impact Inspire
Dream Impact Inspire, Nhulunbuy Corporation and the Nhulunbuy Youth Council have collaborated to bring high school aged students Boxing Workshops. For 3 days (15th, 16th and 17th of February) 3 skilled instructors will be running 4 one-hour training sessions.
Clubs Day 2023
Clubs Day is held annually to allow not-for-profit clubs and associations to showcase themselves. This year, Clubs Day will be held on the 18th of February at the Town Hall.
